All natural energy nut butters. Catchy name, ey?
Getting this from idea to reality has given us our fair share of headaches, so releasing them to you fresh-air-heads is extra satisfying. N is right next to B on the keyboard, so apologies in advance for references to but nutters.
WTF is nut butter?
A blend of tree nuts with delicious added all natural ingredients for flavour. The result is a sachet of smooth 'butter'; nutrient-dense, easy to digest and with loads of different applications.
Where our bars are a balanced release of energy, these are a slooooooow-release affair, making them ideal for longer, lower intensity efforts.
Packed into highly portable, 100% compostable sachets, by us - literally, we bought our own machine to do it because no one else would/could.
Dependabler, portabler, tastier.
Coffee, Almond and Cashew (32g)

The benefits of nut butter
We're excited for nut butters. As far as outdoor snacking goes, they are so bloomin' versatile.
You can neck them neat, stir into campfire porridge, add to noodles, liven up old bread or smoosh onto fruit/veggies. You could even layer onto an OP bar for a 400kcal hit. Emergency chamois creme? Ok too far maybe but they may be the most versatile energy snack you could pack.
Lastly, they offer something a bit less sweet, slightly salty even, which we tend to crave massively once we've been out for a while.
To bring nut butters to life we had to develop a unique sachet packaging solution. It was the biggest challenge for us during development.
It meant buying our own packing equipment but here we are; a home compostable sachet in a market where most sachets are not even recyclable.
The wrapper is the same as the one we use for our bars (cellulose and a tiny layer of aluminium) with an added compostable plastic sealing layer. 'PLASTIC!'. This particular 'plastic' behaves like regular organic waste and is certified free from microplastic pollutants. It's developed with a focus on end of life return to organic matter and the ability to compost both at home and industrially. Stick it in your compost heap, food waste or garden waste bin.
